Returns
If you need to return your items for any reason, you can return them to Studio. They have a return window of 30 days. If your return is in the same condition it arrived in, you will be refunded for any payments you have made towards it, which can take up to 14 days.
Returns are free if you take them to a post office, or you can pay a fee of £2.80 if you would like Studio to arrange for Hermes to pick them up.
